Just wanna check cause I read if I have this transformer that output higher wattage but my appliance don't requires as well there is not wastage is there?

there is wastage whenever transformer is used, but getting a higher wattage output transformer, there is not much extra wastage, in fact a higher wattage transformer is supposed to be more efficient but you will have to pay more for the transformer.
