kim, hold your freight forwarder/daigou orders...this option could be a better deal as there's a bunch of these service providers on TB who focus only on shipping:

taobao CN-SG shipper

I like that they explain clearly how the shipping is calculated, and they support payment by UOB and DBS.

Not sure if this is more competitive than the amcon express one - anyone can verify ?

Btw, out of curiosity, for those of you who paid by Visa, was there any additional admin charge imposed by Alipay ? If SGD is strong, it would be cheaper for me to pay that way than to use my china bank account ...
