Jenova 0 Report post Posted May 20, 2012 they do the leg work for you, they earn the referrer fees. basically thats all. but please bear in mind, take note of your legal fees and always make sure it fair. currently market rate for private is all in plus stamp 2.5k plus another 300 for cpf thingy. While doing the analysis and leg work, they also help their clients get more saving where possible. They actually helped a friend of mine save 1k of legal fee. Which is pretty good I think. We can seek out a lawyer on our own, but have to ensure the lawyer is in the bank's panel. Actually, as layman, it's easier to leave it to the specialist.
