4A Resale ... New Home New Beginning

Have been frequently visiting Renotalk.com after deciding on making my first purchase of a HDB resale flat. Gave up on BTO due to the long wait and also location.

Finally, I have landed my dream home somewhere in the Central of Singapore. Layout is very squarish with no odd corners.

Will be documenting the Renovation progress.

It was really love at first sight when I decided to make the first downpayment for it. It has potential to be transformed to something I would eventually call home.

Once I collected the keys from HDB, my ID moved in his team to start the hacking process.

Hack Hack Hack ..

The existing Master bedroom door was a headache as it opens at a 45 degrees angle inwards.

Additionally, it made space planning difficult. So decided to put in some effort to shift the door elsewhere.
