i think depending on the town council... my flat is 24 years old and there is a return mail box at the end of the rows and columns of mail boxes.

It is just a normal mailbox that is unused that they convert to a return mail box. Unless no mailbox upgrading or just nice no extra mailbox.

If that happened, please call your housing agent to contact their housing agent to ask the previous owner to remove all removable furniture from your new house. Can't say about the wall-mounted furniture but removable furniture must go.

It's my personal viewonly. People give me problem, I give them problem too. They did not receive letters, that's their problem, not mine. It's not my letter, i throw away because they give me problem first. I won't have the time to go to post office or the nearest mail box to drop their letters. For such homeowners, I would not even want to see them after they move out. If they don't turn nasty, I also won't do the same.

my ex house owner was very nice. agreed on 6 weeks handover plus let me bring contractor before 2nd appointment. so i thought i wanna be nice keep all their letters...but after a while, i find that they are not interested to come collect. messaged a few times no reply then said overseas will come collect. then never come. messaged again no reply. after 2/3 times i told my agent to tell them i will just dump everything into the return mail box.

like that they can go report that i use $40 to bribe the town council workers to help me throw away 4 additional bulky items.

Aiya, my TC told me getting rid of 3 bulky items is free. If I want to throw away more items, I can negotiate with the TC foreman. Even give me his HP no. TC not so free (can't be bothered).
