off we went and bought a bunch of random kitchen/household stuff! buy buy buy!~ wanted to get more.. but decided to exercise some "restrain"..

So what did you get? Too bad they didn't offer the can opener and wine opener again. After using for 6 months, still highly recommended!

She bought that mini dustbin from that sale.. we are running out of space to store items until we get our keys!

*start of rant*

in the meanwhile, the buyers of my current place secretly applied for utilities. Got shocked when i received the SMS from PUB.

at first appointment they already tried to bypass my agent and ask keys from me directly, thou it's vacant my agent advised me to wait for approval letter. told them my agent in charge they lan lan be nice to him. soon after, their letters start arriving at the mail box (which is still okay) then come the utilities shock!

what the toot!

my agent told them he facilitate them by opening the doors and all before the approval letter and after that he can pass them the keys for their reno. we sort of expected them to want to move in soon but doing all these behind our backs when we are still legally responsible for the place is just too much.

when buy the place never say want early this early that suddenly now want to push their luck. called my agent to go at them and made them pay the S&C charges for the month. cant be let you in early nv collect rent still so gong pay random charges for you.

That's what I thought but then again they will prolly bug to move in soon after. Thing is I have no issues actually except that they seem to be trying to take advantage of us. Who likes to be carrot head? At least have some courtesy to ask?

we are (i am) looking for chio chio tiny cute cute sink to put in my tiny common bathroom at lvl 1.

one of my unconventional options is this.. (versus a wall hung)

any comments? or suggestions for other cute sinks?

The cute sink looks very nice and unique. U mean it is not wall hung? One concern is practicality.... It's long and narrow, so will the water be splashing on us or on the floor during washing.

I bought from Lucky Khoon one of those cute wall hung triangular sink where I could place in a corner....I quite like it coz it doesnt take up too much space

It has 2 brackets then the sink sits on the brackets.

The common toilet very small. We installing shower for the toilet as well. It's only 1.4m x 1.4m including the wc

Mine is very small too just like urs. I installed wc for toilet and basin outside... Now even smaller.

FINALLY some good news that we can share..

we managed to view the house 2nd time. @#$#%$@%@$@! seems like there will be more things to be done.. all the doors + door frames have to be replaced.. kitchen wall has to be hacked to create illusion of space.. and maid's room door have to be relocated to make way for the altar area.

anyone into retro theme??? :P

AND the sellers will be moving out a wee bit before the 2nd appointment! YAY~

the sort of sad news is we have to wait till 5th for more pics again.
