Overlay Walls N Floorings Og Master Toilet

Hey Friends..

I intend to do overlay on my Master Toilet only...

Walls n the tiles as i hate the colours that given by HDB..

Wanna make it darker colour..

Is there any contractors that can only do overlay n thats all...

Anyone know the estimated cost..?

My I.D is Darwin Interior they quote me $2.9K which to me is so expensive just to overlay Master Toilet ONLY...
