Are you interested?My office colleagues are buying too, so probably I will tag along their group buy instead.And I agree with Battle.. your long island and WIW is Battle, have fun doing reno with Andrew. I have not do the actual buying, but have been walking the shops to note down where sell what I need and the list price. So once after my 1st appt and LOCK in for my 2nd appt (knowing almost for sure getting the place) (scared if anything happen, seller die die don't wanna sell, than if already make purchase, i die :sport-smiley-004: )Anyway, there will be some items i will move from my current place (for electrical items, think will go MegaDiscount store, so far most of my appliance I got from them, seems to be cheapest I can find).
