LLChing 0 Report post Posted June 29, 2012 Ugly piping we can live with since it will be boxed up. It's the numerous joints that he likes to use that ick us. We hate joints!! Higher risk of leakage. He also likes to put the on/off valves at places where it will be difficult to get to next time after completion. Imagine putting a valve in a "would be boxed up" spot . Grey cells went numb or what??? I can't wait for our lights to be installed too. Anxious to see the effect. We will have a pale looking house. We have arranged for our new stuff to be delivered only after the handover date (8/7) as we still have 3 days to move our few things back before we vacant this rented place on 11/7. Things stored at my sister's place can be moved back over the weekends. No rush

(my previous owner installed seat type tub ; p )I would love to, but so far haven't really come across one that fits me comfortably. Also bath room / house too small to have a real shiokie shiokie tub. so ..... no lor. : )

MamaO 1 Report post Posted July 1, 2012 Same situation, both my bathroom are apart, hence pipe will need to stretch across my dining room. So instant heater for both bathroom ; )Not sure if it's brand pro but I use instant heater at grandma place n when it's a cold day, the heater is not hot enough. When kids used, they are jumping as too cold still. Anyone experience?

Cold days are quite unbearable with instant heater as the hot water not warm enough.
LLChing 0 Report post Posted July 1, 2012 I've experienced that too. Hot days, heater super hot, can't and no need to use heater. Cold days, heater is mildly luke warm. Thought it was me being too sensitive to climate change

Thought it was me being too sensitive to climate change taut its the brand my grandma used is not too good, maybe that is the problem with instant heater.
