Stamp Duty Question

Hi folks,

If anyone knows, do advise. I'm contemplating getting a property. Now assuming that for stamp duty I might not have enough from the CPF, hence I'm paying part cash.

Is there a period that after which I cannot claim from CPF for stamp duty?

E.g stamp duty $20,000, use $10,000 CPF and remainder cash. Assuming that in 10months time I will have another $10,000 cash in my CPF OA, can i instruct my lawyer to claim from CPF to reimburse the cash $10k?
