Thanks a millionI am doing contra; i suppose to collect key 4 weeks early to start renovation but the seller pattern more than badminton, came telling me that he has no money to pay his 2 tenants their deposit so if i want the flat early, must pay for his tenant the deposit so they can move out early. Lucky i nego for a 6 weeks extension with the buyer so that leave me just enough time for renovation. According to the SMS i received this morning from my agent, the seller signed the indemnity form allowing my contractor to apply for renovation permit.
