Luckily we sold off early..Mine hv the study rm hack away, to hv a v v big living + dining.Yes even though kitchen is small , so small that fridge hv to put at service balcony, still enuff for me.. The valuation of the 3rm is 415k , and saw HDB transaction for the past few months the 4rm in the same estate sold between 620-640k. Another But anyway that estate only 1.5 years old. You are not afraid that it might break during shipping?Thought of flying over to shanghai to visit my uncle and at the same time bring it back but dunno if I'll face problem with custom or not... No worry for the dining light because it is not so fragile, what I afraid is the candlelier because it is made of glass.. Then the rest of the balance not covered by bank, i use cpf.... which is quite little compared to what bank subsidied lah.... then no need to worry about lawyer fees loh.
