Nippon Teflon Smell?

Recommended Posts

Our ID gave us a choice of any paint we want. We were told that Nippon Vinilux 5000 had the ability to touchup and blend in better than others. We are thinking however of using the Nippon Teflon simply because any marks on the wall can be wiped off later. Two question:

1. Is it as easy as wiping marks off the wall? If not, then would we be better choosing another paint and which one?

2. What is the smell like for the Nippon Teflon. We are moving in a week after the contractors exit.

Advice appreciated. thanks!
