My mum just got her 3Room flat, it was the sale of balance flat so she does not have the floor plan.

Does the New standard flat include floorings, window grills, internal doors, toilet accessories like Toilet bowl, shower and stuff??

Does anyone know a very cheap renovator who can supply and install all the necessities(lightings, built in wardrobe, aircon, heater, built in kitchen cabinet) for the house??
