Hi i'm new to this forum. I'll be getting my flat soon. And i don't know where or how to start sourcing for ID or contractors etc.

How much roughly is required for reno of new 3 room flat? i didn't opt for flooring.

I have not collected my keys yet.. but its around 67sqm.

Mainly depend on what you really have in mind & factors like eg:quality,design,etc.

All these factors will add onto your budget.

**& dont forget about all those "little things" that you might wanna add-on along the way.

It really depends, how many ppl will be staying there by the way, if only 2, there's so much things to be done to make it unique. Anyway, for a little "atas" looking 3 roomie, might hv to set aside $35k.

it depends on what you might wanna get for your house

like for instance some ppl will wanna add in tv feature wall but you might not want,

or built in wardrobe etc..

its best to get someone to discuss what you want first and telling your budget before you decide.
