Design Works

- Perspective drawing by our designer team

- Detailed floor plan layout

- Conceptualized space & furniture planning

- Consultation of material & colour selection

Masonry Works

- Construct 50mm kitchen cabinet base side tiles up

- Construct 50mm washing machine base & fridge base surface & side tile up

Plumbing Works

- Install inlet & outlet piping for washing machine

- Labour to install water heater

- Labour to install 02-set of toilets accessories

- Connect to kitchen sink tap

- Labour to connect PVC kitchen sink outlet

Window Grille Works

- Supply & install aluminium window grille for whole unit with selected design (Silver and Bronze).

- Exclusive Service Yard Not Exceed of 180 sq ft

Painting Works

- ICI paints wash & wear

- Painting of all sewerage pipes

- Painting of all doors, all frames & main metal gate.

- Up to 5 colours of internal walls & ceiling white

Carpentry Works for Bedroom

- Supply & install 5ft built in wardrobe with laminate solid plywood for bedroom 2

- Supply & install 5ft built in wardrobe with laminate solid plywood for bedroom 3 ( I request bedroom 3 move to master bedroom make L wardrobe make bigger)

Carpentry Works for Master Bedroom

- Supply & install 6ft build in wardrobe with laminate solid plywood.

Electrical Works

- Labour to install ceiling light to all HDB original light points

Other Works

- Professional project arrangement & co-ordination

- Workmanship warranty for 1 year

- Acid wash for whole unit floor after renovation

Varnishing of Parquet

- Supply labour & material to varnish 03 bedrooms parquet flooring

Carpentry Works

- 24ft laminate kitchen cabinet (combination of top & bottom cabinet)

- All internal carcass & panel doors are made from solid plywood

- ABS trimming door panels

- Solid surface work-top at kitchen cabinet (12ft only)

- 1 set of stainless steel dish rack

- 1 set of glass panel doors

- With soft closing hinges

The day before, I went put some stuffs. Saw my cabinets and wardrobe has arrived.
