Any Experience With Filipino Tenants?

I'm lookin out at renting out my flat. Have a lot of agents calling in with prospective Indian and Filipino tenants.

Does anyone here have experience with Filipino tenants to share?

My experience with Filipino tenants has been quite positive, they are easy to talk to, are generally quite clean and pay rental on time.

Generally, they are nice people. So far no major issues for me. Cleanliness is quite ok. Payment wise, always on time.

But the downside for mine, sometimes quite noisy. Other then that, all considered ok.

Just beware of this Foreigner Turn HDB Flat into a Budget hotel

I don't have experience on Filipino tenants but Indian tenant.. forget it.

They don't keep ur house clean.Heavy cooker.

Don't have the habit to lock the main gate.

Even they went back to India for holiday. They just lock the main door and left the main gate wide open.

I rather left the house empty then rent it to them.

Hmm will note that. The tenant is a CFO with wife and 2 kids, maybe just my good luck.
