Should I Look For Id Or Contractor ?

i already have a house design persay in my mind already

but if i tell the ID that i want to use mostly IKEA stuff will they allow ?

i also need someone to help me design L box , install cove/downlights , install ceiling fans , design and build cabinet/feature walls and mount Ikea shelves and cabinets etc etc

if like that should i go for ID or contractor ?
