milesandcoltrane 0 Report post Posted January 3, 2012 Hi All!Finally found this wonderful fora a few days ago. My fiancé and I are moving into our new condo right before CNY.I'm quite a tech geek, so researching for TV, audio system etc no problem. But really don't know where to start with home appliances.Basically we need a refrigerator, washing machine (no dryer cuz no space =(, microwave, vacuum cleaner etc.I'm not sure what to look out for, what are the features/specs that matter, brands that are good etc. Been looking around at Best Denki, HN, Courts etc. but don't really trust the advice of the promoters. All the experienced experts out here, could you recommend some good value for money home appliances? Don't need anything too fancy. Just basic and enough to handle the food/clothes etc of two people - just my fiancé and I.Many thanks in advance!

Maybe it'll be better u list a few specific items u need, n specs which r important to u, then i think it'll be easier for others to recommend?Just my 2cents worth Good luck in getting ur purchases!!
