StellaNox 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2011 Dear All RT Brothers and Sisters,Me and husband have just sealed the deal on a 4room resale flat in Yishun.This is a JTC flat, previously was rented out to companies/foreigners.Definitely need to renovate since the condition is really bad.However this is going to be a sloooooow post. We are getting keys only in another few months time.Reason why we started this post early is we are already trying to secure contractors,good recommendation from RT is Mr. Yeak from Basic Image and Design (several posting fromRondy, Roamca, Angel81...), and it seems I have to make an early booking.Just met him today and discussed about our renovation. Yet to receive quote. Maybe next week.Still trying to learn how to post photos. Gonna update the floorplan and some photos we tookduring house viewing. Some even more. Yeah, lift upgrading can be a killer for PR. Almost 30K for a 4 storey flat and~15K for 13 floor flat.Let's see if the floorplan managed to pop up below.
