4 Room Resale Renovation In Yishun

Dear All RT Brothers and Sisters,

Me and husband have just sealed the deal on a 4room resale flat in Yishun.

This is a JTC flat, previously was rented out to companies/foreigners.

Definitely need to renovate since the condition is really bad.

However this is going to be a sloooooow post. We are getting keys only in another few months time.

Reason why we started this post early is we are already trying to secure contractors,

good recommendation from RT is Mr. Yeak from Basic Image and Design (several posting from

Rondy, Roamca, Angel81...), and it seems I have to make an early booking.

Just met him today and discussed about our renovation. Yet to receive quote. Maybe next week.

Still trying to learn how to post photos. Gonna update the floorplan and some photos we took

during house viewing. Hopefully can upload some photos soon..........

Sure feels great to finally get a place right. Nowadays so expensive just to buy a flat and yet have cash cov portion. Btw I just got my keys and would like to get quotation from Mr Yeak. Do you mind pass his hp number to me pls. Thanks

Yishun was one of my initial option to get but it seems all Yishun estate are undergoing lift upgrading and the ones completed are asking sky high price tag ($60k COV form simple reno) or the condition is either simple (no reno at all $40k) or ah long house~ (creepy)

Most of my colleague stayed at Yishun i love the place~

Well, 60K COV is not the highest in Yishun. Some even more. Yeah, lift upgrading can be a killer for PR. Almost 30K for a 4 storey flat and

~15K for 13 floor flat.

Let's see if the floorplan managed to pop up below.

Get ur PM already. Btw ur hse location looks like around 200+ series. The floor area looks so big. So ur hse consider resale balance direct from hdb or resale from open market?

Not around 200+. Mine is opposite Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. Around 600+ there. It's resale from open market.
