What is a L-Box ?

What does it do and is it essential for cove lighting ?

L-box is like a false ceiling but only cover part of e ceiling like an L-shape.

If u wan to do a cove lighting on e ceiling, then it is essential but must inform ur contractor 1st of your intention so as he will create a groove in e L-box to install e lighting inside.

can anyone advise on whether i should use T5 or led for my cove lighting? Thanks

T5 for cove. LED won't give the spread.
