Hoping to gather suggestions/feedbacks from forumers here, before we finalised our renovation plans. We are trying to achieve a Modern Baroque theme.To start off, here is the floor plan of our 3+1:In particular, we are having quite a headache in deciding on the MBR layout. As it just seem to be a feet or so short, to fit in what we needed. Will elaborate on this further on another post. YKnPearl 0 Report post Posted December 27, 2011 (edited) The MBR Puzzle.The dimension of the MBR is approximately 12+ft (the length of the windows) by 9ft (from toilet wall to the window).Within this space, my fiance and I are trying to fit in the following:- Platform bed for a king-size mattress w/ full height cushion headrest- Wardrobe of 5-6 feet- 32" TV- A small dresser top somewhere- Preferably not to block off too much of the existing window panels.So far, we have yet to come up with a layout that we are comfortable with... sigh. Any ideas? Anyone?We did managed to come up with something earlier based on a queen-size bed, but recently realised that only a king will do for our needs.
