Still remember we did tried ballot for this 5rm loft unit several years ago before we had our current 5i. There are only 14 such loft units in the tree lodge BTO. Really lucky to get such rare unit!

wow, lovely unit! my dream house at the price of a HDB..

by the way, you need to cat-proof your windows with mesh or those insect screens, else they might jump out of the windows.

I am using mosquito insect screens whcih does not block my wind and view but can keep my cat safe

Yes it is BTO, it is sale of balance flat of privious exe. This unit is call "loft" unit.
