getzski 1 Report post Posted June 7, 2012 albert....ask you a question. in my bathroom, there is this spot (refer to pic below) that basically never drys out, even after 1 days of no water activity inside the bathroom. there is also extra mineral buildup (those white powdery thing) in that area. any ideas what is the reason of this, and any thing i can do to rectify? e.g. apply silicon, extra grout...etc. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You must find out from your tiler or contractor on why that part never dry out up.It could be pipe leaking inside the wall or in-between the floor?
