Single's Home In Bedok Res

Recommended Posts

Would suggest you wrap a protective layer before you hand-plaster the highlighted part using white cement mix with hardener and a little bit of water, sandpaper it smooth and paint it.

waterpipe2.jpg

My place also same as you, water also from ground floor up, mine is whole pipe from floor to ceiling and some parts have rusted away exposing the copper piping inside, my plumber file away the rusted part and use metal putty to patch up the exposing parts, he then run the necessary water piping for my kitchen and bathroom, after that my plaster and tiler box the pipe up.

thanks....printing this out for my contractor. lol.

finally got a chance to source for my home system sound.....slowly piecing them together, resulting in a messy living room again. even had to "borrow" my dining benches to use as a speaker stand.

when i was renovating i still not find a TV console design i like. so i decided to take it slow, stay in for a year first, before deciding. What you see now is $120 worth of swedish designed products.

which laminate are you talking about? the floor? it's "montreal oak", if i recall correctly.

Why cannot be squeaky clean?

the laminate tried to replicate the texture of the oak, with lots of grooves, and also a kinda rough rustic texture. so it always feels "no so clean" even when it is (hopefully).
