Advise On Wood Carpenter For Small Job

Hello, I obtained a quote for an ID for a study table about 1.6m long and a wall shelf same length, and was quoted 2000 for the job. I think it is very expensive and wish to source for a carpenter instead.

My new requirements are for a solid wood top table 2.1m long 70cm deep, underneath have a pull out drawer min width 1.2m height 15 cm with the front able to open flat and the remaining side will be a top open (table top) drawer. In addition to this i want to put a display shelf on top of the table at the opposite end of the top open drawer depth 40cm by width 70cm all the way from the table top to the ceiling. the display shelf shall have a glass front door and glass back. Middle shelves can be wood.

I have the design ready so i dont need an ID. It is a custom design to suit the limited space in my room

Anybody knows of a carpenter who can do this small job? Most of the company I know does big jobs only.
