Ceiling Assessment Query

Hi all

I'm very much interested in fixing a outdoor swing to the ceiling of my sheltered patio. The swing I'm looking at is the 2-point bolt swing for 2 pax (not the single rattan cradle swing).

The sales person at the shop said that before buying the swing, it is highly recommended to engage a specialist ceiling contractor who will test the 'strength' of my patio ceiling and if it is strong enough to have the swing bolted to it.

I was told that not any contractor can do this assessment, but only specialist ones.

Anyone out there who has faced this situation before? And if yes, would you have any recommended contacts for these sort of contractors? I'm at my wits end trying to find such specialists online, and I have had no successful leads.
