After reading newspaper and searching online, it seems that there are so many contractors in Singapore. One of my biggest worry is to encounter an unreliable & irresponsible contractors. Recently he quoted me for a painting job for my house and suddenly disappear into thin air....find this Mr Tey very irresponsible guy. If he is not keen, should not waste my time. If he is not keen, should not waste my time.You shd thank him instead.Because @ least before you have paid any $$ to him,he has shows his attitude n commitment towards his own job.imagine if you have already paid a deposit then he disappear,is'it that more worse.
