Just curious, I've got about 5-6 quotations and all quotes sure to miss out something so I can't compare all quotes. Do you have this problems?

Erm, is it too late to join in the crowd and request for your floor trap price and place where you purchased it?

Its ok to install this kind of floor trap in HDB right? Did your contractor say anything about it?

The floor trap is included in my Reno package, my contractor told me is around $100+.

I recall the shop name is call LOOKZ in balestier area.

Confirm this is allow to install in hdb.

Btw if you are doing step in your toilet then you cannot install this.

You need certain depth for this floor trap.

That was what the tiler told me & my contractor.

As you can see right side i'm using normal floor trap because of my 2 step toilet.

Decided to add in customized storage rack into the store room.

Now vacuum & mopping is easier without shifting the items out

I've just bought a 3 room HDB in Serangoon too, now starting to look for ID/contractor.

By the way, do you plaster the whole house? The wall looks so neat and even. Do you recommend plastering?

I plastered the whole house incuding the ceiling.

I would recommend it, it make the whole house look much nicer.
