Hi Sohnice,

Can share your feedback on the KDK ventilation fan installed in your bathroom? Does it really work well in term of keeping the place dry?

Thank you.

Hi eamesarco,

My previous house do not have any ventilation fan installed and the humidity is very high. My false ceiling will need to paint every 3-4 months because of algae growing and the mirror will fog up if i bath using hot water. Now i do not have all this problem. It clear out smell fast too. If you can afford i would recommend another kdk model 20WHA, the round one i'm using have a string to pull to open the lid in order to turn on the fan. I find it quite troublesome. If i had a chance to redo i will choose the square type, although is $100 more. :yamseng:

Hi Sohnice

With mostly white theme u have, yr hse looks more spacious and bright! Nice! Like yr alter too. Lucky thing I chanced upon yr renoblog.. Was having headache how shld the alter look like in order not to look too traditional and yet modern. Did u place backsplash or glass at the inside of the alter? It looks like there's reflection from it.

Lastly, could I have yr Reno quote and the contacts of yr ID? And where did u purchase those switches & digital door lock? I reckon the door lock must have cost quite a bit.

Thks much! :)

Hi Sabrinath,

The rear of the altar has a white painted glass on it, so when i turn on the top light and red light the altar wil look even brighter :good:

Now my son don't need to turn on light when he come out from the room to go to the toilet.

Switches is included in my renovation and the digital door lock i bought it from my fren and it is cheaper then retail @ IMM that is selling double. :jawdrop:

Received your pm... Thanks!

I believe you place the glass by the side and top is to prevent the altar from becoming black...

How about the ceiling infront of the altar? Will it turn black after some time?
