Samsara 0 Report post Posted December 5, 2011 I'm intending to buy a mattress for my new house. It's a 4 room HDB new flat. Actually i want to buy king sized bed but i'm afraid that it will be too big for my master bedroom and hence no room to walk! Somemore, my master bedroom has bay window built in from HDB which eat up the room space also.. Any suggestion folks? Any 4-roomers here bought king sized mattress for their bedroom as well? How was it?Any help would be very much appreciated... thanks.. Most of us think too much usually still buy things not really what we want. Just satisfy what we want now and look a bit further. There is nothing always the best for everything. My spouse always roll here and there, don't care squeezy in romm or not, just go ahead with king size and let him roll until he happy. Erwinong 0 Report post Posted December 5, 2011 Hi, is yours a DBSS flat?I would suggest you take dimensions of the bed, go down to your flat and measure to see if you are ok with it. Some can accept the size, some can't. I'm quite certain you should be able to fit a king inside. But given the so very tiny bedrooms HDB builds these days, the mattress may take up a large part of your room, leaving little for other things. But of course, if space allows, a king sized bed can give you a nice good stretch or roll any time you're on it.
