Think Stile Deseno works quite differently frm other ID co. Heard e ID wil jus take charge of e initial consultation, quotation & contract stage. Afterwhich, e project cordinator wil take over. Scheduling & cordinating e respective works til handover.

Any comments & updates?

Not sure how other company works but for our case, there is a project coordinator but in the end, it's also our ID doing the coordination as well ( think something happened due to lots of project now esp nearing CNY that the proj coordinator cannot handle all projects, so ID take over ).. for us, the initial schedule was not met and I think it's not really their fault also coz the timing/schedule of our reno is sandwiched by lots of holidays (xmas, new year, CNY) .. so most of the companies which they subcontract are also closed on holidays. Anyway, our ID really follow the works closely...
