Hi All,

I were trying to contact the company and also Elson, none of the phone can get through.

I am one of the victim as well, would like to ask you all to find a time and meet up to report police or SCT?

Really hard to get ur money back cos the company dun have money and in debt...

U can go SCT, but even u win, i doubt u get a cent back... likelyhood they close down....

Police, u can go if u gather alot ppl... and they can treat it as fraud...

Hi,

Just noticed this forum and Seems many cases like me.

I ordered a sofa and a carpet from expo in Dec 2011 with a full payment of 2K+.

The delivery date given was Jan 2012.

Sofa arrived without carpet and they said-

"oh this has been missed out. we will send it again after chinese new year because right now very busy. PLEASE REMIND US".

I have been reminding them since Feb 2012 till date but every time have some excuses about shipment arrival which I believe many of us have already heard from them many times.

I have been following up with NELSON (or ELSON) and then later his boss DARREN. NELSON told me that DARREN is his boss and made me speak to him couple of months back. Not sure if he actually is or not.

Since past few days have been trying both of these guys number but the numbers are either going into voicemail or not available.

From the earlier post, seems SCT is also of no use. I am not really hopeful on the money that I have lost, but if anyone needs my help to increase the victim's list to make an impact, please let me know.

I am all ON to take these guys behind bar for Fraud.

These ppl are full of lies & excuses. I have gotten replys like:

- Daren is in hospital for asthma attack, cant reply to u

- John's father is in CGH ICU, cant meet u

- The delivery driver's father is amputating his toe today, he cant deliver today

- your delivery tonight is cancelled last minute because we overshot our delivery schedule because we need to move the dining set very slowly to prevent damaging it. We will call u tmr to re-schedule ur delivery (& i waited for a week still no one called)

These ppl have no sense of accountability at all. It took me 10 months since Sep 2011 to finally settle everything with them. & that includes getting a miserable refund of $650 (i bargained for a week from $200 to $650) because their factory simply could not deliver the dining table which i ordered 10 months ago, & i demanded that i did not want to wait anymore.

Mr Blackmanbong, FYI, my father have came out from ICU early last week and have just discharge from hospital yesterday!!!!

So pls, i do understand the anger in these suitation you encounter, but if you want to comments and throw your anger on "ppl are full of lies & excuses", do not put the "hospital issues" in to it, bcos It could be happen to you or your family members in one of these day. What comments you give, the GOD is watching and listening!!!!!

And also I have left the company since 13/7/2012.

I expecting an apology from you.

I tend to disagree w JohnPang.... Why does the victim need to apologize to u...

U resigned doesnt mean u are not involve in taking the money and wo delivery...

Btw hopefully everyone can come out and bring all these bosses to jail... They really deserve it...

@ shawn, i agree what u had said, why the victim have to apology. Johnpang u better think before you write.

I also agreed with Shawn. Why the victim need to apologise to you? You left the company only after 13 July 2012, means you are fully aware that EHG is facing difficulties fulfilling and delivering customers' orders since late last year. JohnPang you really better think carefully before you anyhow post, anything you wrote can be use against you in court.

I dare to use my own name to ask for what is right. You guys just hiding behind not using you own name, what the F***ing shame of you.

I do understand quite numbers of you are the victims but some of you are also Sabo King. By reading the post those who have writtens, can be tell.

My post is only refer to that Particular Statement!!!

Same to you guys written posts, can be use to against you in court too, because some of you guys are telling lies!!!!

To those Sabo King: FYI, do not instigate things unnecessarily because is an OFFENSE.

John, pls stand out and tell the truth to all victims here and ask the company apologise to those victims in newspaper and balance pmt exempted/ free furniture to victims to pacify ppl angers. ask your co to purchase from other furniture supplier in SG and fulfil all victims request/ make full refund.

your company has been giving many reasons to defer the delivery, we would not be able to tell true and false..... you cant blame the victim as your EX-company really owe us.
