They will definitely receive the court letter for both parties. When I went to SCT, within 2days, I already receive the notice of the court letter and also keep us inform of the appointment date.

They didn't even call me till now since I lodge the report. Will see them in SCT on Monday and will ask for full claim.

Oh my god, just placed an order of $1,799 sofa and paid $1,350 deposit at EXPO on 31 March 2012...... the sale guy is daren, he keep pushing me on $3,998 package, nevertheless i refject the offer, he allowed me to decide whether to take the promotion package by May'12.

after read this forum, just terrifying me on the company service......regret to buy the sofa, but lucky i didnt take the package....Daren looks sincere and every request is ok for him............ anyway will update to you all later.

I enocuntered Daren too few months back at expo, and he is very friendly and push me the pacakge too, showing me all catelogue and allow me to choose any products. His smooth talking really make me sign a package on the spot but lucky i need to think it over too. I search and saw this forum and am so glad i nevr buy anything from them.

So far all postings i read is bad experience with them!

he said he needs 1.5 mths time pre-notice before delivery to my house.

Daren looks sincere and give and take.... i think his attitude is good, so think that the co service shouldn't be so bad, but after found out this forum, i was shock feel cheated by a wolf with sheep skin.... maybe i shouldn't judge him base on this forum, lets have my own experience to find the true and whether he disappint me, if he really do, i will make a BIG news at their next EXPO and all SG forum, and do all means to tell the true story to everyone in SG.

It seems like I am their latest victim.

I ordered a sofa and paid deposit during furniture show at Singapore Expo on 6 Jan 2012. I was promised delivery of sofa latest by 28 Feb 2012 after Chinese New Year. I received a call from them on 28 Feb 2012 demanding an extension to the delivery date as they claim the sofa shipment is stuck in China. Without much option, I had to agree as they will not return my deposit. On 19 March 2012, as they was no call from them about the delivery, I called to inquire about the delivery. To my great dismay, I was informed by them that the sofa shipment is still stuck in China and they will only be able on 19 April 2012. I requested them to return my deposit and they flatly rejected it. I doubt this company and their motivations!

I would suggest that you keep all the emails (black & white) etc...

how much deposit did you pay them?

I ordered my sofa last May, and they were suppose to deliver last November, but till now, NOTHING at all.

wow, last November till now, means already 5 months? real serious case... so have you bought your new sofa from other furniture shop already? how soon will you get the refund?

to proof to you all, i am the genuine buyer, bought sofa during latest EXPO, below the invoice, not yet call him to deliver, as waiting for wife to select fabric colour at his shop,... will direct question him if really poor service.

what is your decision now? , suggest do a ACRA search find out who is the Director, shareholders and auditor... find the directors home address and confront him..... as long as the company is still exist, you can drill into very bottom to find out the man behind.... even you want their financial statement? hahahaha.

if the company is already liquidated but still collect money it should be consider as fraud case, it will be serious damage to the company director, the director will be personal liable, worse case can be jailed..... so we fight till the end.... no play play for Pte Ltd

There could only be 2 reasons why the shipment is still stuck in China. Either they are waiting to consolidate more orders to maximize container space OR the China factory is withholding the shipment because they have yet to be paid for this shipment or other previous orders.
