When Does A/c Installation Comes In?

The current old aircon pipings run through the false ceilings in the kitchen, toliets, hallway to reach living/dining areas and the bedrooms.

I plan to change the aircon for the living/dining and bedrooms, and re-run the pipings. If I were to redo the toilets and kitchens (wall and flooring, cabinets, etc), when should the aircon contractor comes in? They told me they can come in for 2 days to lay the pipings and all, and come back another day to install the fan coil units.

Should aircon be done:

1. before renovation work of toliets/kitchen?

2. after renovation work of toliets/kitchen?

3. before painting?

4. after painting?

I am thinking of after 2 for the piping work, and after 4 for the fan coil. Any advice?
