I think the workmanship is not that good and we have feedback to the contractor. Now waiting for him to see it himself to rectify.

We decided to spend the same amount of money to remove all the grilles rather than install the ones that were taken out to facilitate the tiling works.

This time I am pissed. I dont take the excuse of not easy not to have cracks when installing. Be it hard or easy, it must be rectified with no excuse.

The other time I mentioned I am paying additional of 140 to "close up" the gaps between old trunking and ceiling. I think this is not well done.

Did they try to use silicon or white paste to cover the broken tile in toilet? The silicon used to replace new tiles does really look ugly. Are they going to do something about it?

I think so. like i cannot see right....i want them to do something like replace the tile, not patch it up. dont care!

must get them to rectified.. installing of coz not easy.. that's why pay professional to do mah..
