Someone who helps me design the concept, colour and that includes furnishing so everything goes seamlessly. I don't have the money to pay for a ID.How's yours going on? My bro paid for an ID and ID will choose bed, sofa, dining table, lightings, curtains, etc etc to furnish the whole house..... Then overlooking the whole renovation and buying all the necessary items that are needed during renovation. Everything are seamless like what NeoBY says. The ID he choose take commission based on the items bought so the more ex items bought, the higher his commission. That is why only choose ID if you have lots of money to spend.
