My girl was sleeping so I let my MIL looked after her, I quickly ran out to the PE office (near my place) to collect the documents n bought lunch back. taxi fare cost $8 for back n forth. I can save $200 from doing it by myself. 300 is market rate. like that your contractor also want to earn....anyway, it is more favorable for your contractor to get someone he is familiar with....cos if PE fails the endorsement, that is a major setup in the renovations. Cos cheap BTW, I like your toilet bowl very much !! One piece design at affordable 280 (package).. I am actually looking for this design and a squarish basin as well.. Must higher than what i paid..... as long as you willing to discuss with him, he is ok to reduce a bit for you, he said. He also said he told you about it. If you think you can click with all, then now time for you to take a risk loh..... can't really say who will be better for you. I designed all concepts for my place too... so really up to you to decide..... my toilet bowl also nice.... only $250 but without sink lah. hehehehe....
