and if the finished works is good, fast n as promised, i might juz opt for this deal.

That sure is a long long list. Most of the carpentry work looks very reasonably priced, at least to me it is.

At $2.6k for the kitchen cabinets & $1.3k for the closet ... wow. hope the materials and workmanship is good.

Check the quality of materials! that's where they can CHOP.

and $720 for a 6ft tv console? amazing! do their designs look good?

final quantum amount looks like a lot, but then again, you are getting the whole place all done up.

Get the ID company to give a better discount la, otherwise, push them for free washing machine, microwave, that kinda thing.

I'm not sure whether the workmanship good anot. But there will be warranty for 5 yrs.

So I don't think there will be any problem ba..

But I got from the other ID company the total is $22K plus which come with hood n hod and kitchen sink.

and there will be more things add in. and I like the design more.

the material might not be as good as others leh.. i dont know la... as i am also sourcing for others..
