I just got my quotation from my contractor, need some comments on the price quoted. Are they reasonable and within market rate?

Kitchen

a) To construct 2 row of kitchen cabinet base - $650

b) To supply and install 2 sets of kitchen bottom cabinet (10ft and 7.1ft) and 1 set of kitchen top cabinet in laminate finishing - $3,080

c) To supply and install 2 sets of kitchen bottom cabinet solid surface table top (10ft x 2) - $1,360

d) To connect kitchen sink tap inlet/outlet - $150

Living/Dining

a) To supply and install suspend TV console in laminate finishing (6.5ft) - $1,040

b) To supply and install 3 bedroom & living aluminum sliding window grilles (WPC) - $1,030

Common Toilet

a) To construct L-shape shower kerb with tiles finishing - $150

Master Bedroom Toilet

a) To construct one straight shower kerb with tiles finishing - $150

b) To supply and install tempered glass shower screen - $550
