I'm sure your relative will say: "Wow... did you do parquet flooring?" Then you grin at them, no answer. The flooring will look like real wood, don't look like laminate flooring. I agree with Muska. Light color flooring looks fantastic!

Hahaha.... kam siah.... Makes me feel 0.00001% 1% better now.... :sport-smiley-018:

Come to my house warming ok?

i like the light colour flooring too... maybe its women's colour?

I do like light color too... It's jsut that I find this one too pale... There is a darker tone but still light color one but it is not continuous tone type. Patchy type like parquet, some piece lighter, some piece darker.

Since it's done, got to learn to say "I like it!". Then your wife will be happier and cook more delicious food for you.

I like the white cabinet under the window too.

Kitchen cabinet assembling is also in progress....

The box-up looks very well done too. Do you need to ask your id to box the pipe up or he will do it automaticaaly? How's the workmanship?

Yea that one I selected the laminate one... So naturally, it's nice.... hahaha....

All rooms have it, except for MBR as the recess area in MBR is too shallow.

Plan to put roller blind up to the top of the cabinet.

Give us a close-up view pls. Say 45 degree from the top. (just wondering how much is been protrude out of the recess).

It was direct discussion with the carpenter.... Both agreed it should be boxed-up.

Workmanship so far so good. Cabinet not 100% straight and aligned but close to it. Only from very close view can notice not very aligned. Hopefully it can be further rectified later....
