Engaging An Id

hi all,

I'm a newbie here, and will like to know when i engage an ID for a quote and 2/3D drawings, do i first provide them with my house layout , explain to them what i'm looking for in each of the areas, then they will provide me with some initial drawings/planning and the quotation? Are these drawings free? or do i need to pay for them?

Most ID will not charge you if you confirm the order. Normally, they will provide a quote before the drawing begin.
