Panasonic Or Sharp Inverter System 3 Air Cons ?

Dear All,

I am considering buying Panasonic Inverter System 3 Air Con (CU-3S27MKZ / CS-S9MKZW x 3) & Sharp Inverter System 3 Air Con (AU-X3M24LV / AH-XPC9LV x 3)

Particularly looking at the air filtration & ionizers feature of these 2 brands, as my kid is having eczema & sinusitis.

Will greatly appreciate for any advice & feedback on the above 2 brands/models.
