I am on a tight budget so no need to do any fanciful renovation

1. Change toilet pipes

2. Hack toilet floor and walls and install tiles

3. Supply and install toilet bowl

4. Supply and install toilet wash basin and another wash basin outside of toilet

5. Over lay floor tiles - no need to hack floor but maybe do acid wash of floor before lay tiles

6. Hack kitchen wall tiles and replace with new tiles. (half wall only)

7. Do water piping for kitchen

Contractor can also do painting if price reasonable.

8. Plaster and cement holes on hall and 2 bedrooms

9. Dismantle laminate flooring and dispose

10. Paint 1 color to all walls
