4Rm Resale Flat Renovation - Budget

Dear Friends,

I am new to renotalk. I recently bought a 4rm flat in Choa Chu Kang. I May i know how much will be the cost for doing the following for a 4rm resale unit ?

I am looking for a cheap (reasonable), honest and reliable contractor to renovage my home though I do not have a big budget.

In brevity I need my floorings, kitchen + 2 bath rooms (or just one) etc. to be done.

Though I would prefer my reno to be cheap but I still want my home to be done up with good quality tangible materials.
