1) I am looking for contractor to install windows at service yard. Anyone have cheap lobang?

2) No plan on grills yet. Anyway is it better to install grill together or can wait?

3) what is 3 way track for the window?

4) recently my friend show me his solid veneer door reciept. It cost only $160, lever lock $18. Now I was quote $280 for it. Wood price increased?

Anyway, anyone know where to find cheapest solid veneer door & full glass frosted door?

Yup am deciding to source for external to handle the grilles and window for home, might be cheaper than ID/Contractor.

Would be good if anybody else have any sources they could intro.
