Help/timeline For Fs Reading For New Flat

Hi all,

I'm very new to this....just got a small unit(2nd owner) and taking the keys in mid Jan2012..

M planning to do some Reno and for peace of mind also some FS read.

Would appreciate some advise on the time frame-

1- should we get the FS read done right after collecting keys?but afraid by then my Reno and layout of house should hv been firmed with the ID Liao.

2- should we arrange for a FS read with the current owners permission to come by one day and get it done?bcoz we don't want to inconvenience or intrude too much on their privacy too..

Appreciate some thoughts or comments?all comments are welcomed and grateful..

1. it would be the best you consult the FS master before confirmed with your ID

2. you can ask the current owners'permission and their thoughts before arrange your audit

I done my FS audit with their permissions and the tenants are at home.
