Can wet ppls', ppl can't wet yrs'.- Tall always associate with nice view & windy.Reservoir- high humidity = "higher water content" in air, lead to some "problems":- cloth less easy to be dried up, comparatively.- Long term exposure within "mist", lead to body's limb joints problem. Can ask TCM.- Cooler ambience during summer, good or bad?? subjective.- Lagi cool ambience during winter, NE wind, good or bad?? subjective.

salavanun 0 Report post Posted November 5, 2011 My parents are currently staying in old teban flat kena sers. awaiting new flat also in teban. both high floor. very very windy. During heavy rain thunder u have to close all the windows. Trust me u will coz of the strong window vibrations. Becareful of which facing u choose.(west sun) very nice place and good location. Only problem infested with bangalas from nearby dormitory. If u have a good que number why not choose the 2nd highest floor ? safer
cleong 1 Report post Posted November 5, 2011 Higher floors also lower water pressure, rain shower may become rain drizzle.
bepgof 20 Report post Posted November 5, 2011 Higher floors also lower water pressure, rain shower may become rain drizzle.Applicable for those blocks with water tank/pump stn at ground floor, ie, block probably 4-5 storey high only.Wise installing water pipes within house of diameter as "big" as possible. forgotten 1 Report post Posted November 6, 2011 I chose the highest floor for my BTO. I have stayed on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 9th and 11th floors before. Reasons:No elephant stomping feet on top in middle of the night.Ceiling is slightly higher than usual.Water tank is at roof top so water pressure will be fine.No huge pipes running in the toilet. My unit has unblocked views at all windows (South for living room and bedrooms, East for kitchen). Less dusty.Of course, I got to pray hard that all my lifts do not go on strike at the same time p/s: I am not looking forward to moving to my BTO. Super lazy + mrt station is no longer opposite my block
