some updates. FInally managed to cancel my previous ID and get back a partial refund. (they insisted we had to pay for the 3d drawings which they outsourced!!). But anyway signed with a new ID and the job is getting done much faster.

proceeding quite ok... just went to take a look, most of the ground work done. but the paint color i dun really like. My ID told me that it will be off-white biege type of color, but when i saw my house. it is mainly YELLOW.. zzzzz
