Laminate Flooring

Hi to all bros and sis reno experts,

pls forgive me as i am new to reno ...

for Laminate flooring, at first i thought they are GLUE to the tile ??

then while asking around i was told "Supreme" brand only LAY onto the floor without glueing

is that TRUE ?

can explain to me how it work ?

then how "PARGO FAMILY" brand lay ?

For laminate flooring installations are done in tongue and groove method. Some call it as clip system.

Not only supreme do that. But most of them do.

DouglasHoh, thanks for the reply ... then how come i read before people saying do laminate flooring must be careful not to wet them because the GLUE (or laminate) may come off ???

Laminate flooring is so call clipping to join together the joints like Douglas said.. There are water resistant boards too so far my designer nv told me to be careful on water too..
